RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Because each print is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, wrong color selection, or any reason other than damage or defect.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 30 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis — we will make it right. We do not require you to return the damaged item.

European Union — 14 day cooling off period If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds If your refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@morgangosnellart.com.
